RICE COOKER OATMEAL

Servings: 2-4 people

Preparation Time: 2 minutes

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 ½ cups of water or apple juice

Optional Toppings:

  • Sliced strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Sliced apples
  • Walnuts or pecans
  • Coconut flakes
  • Honey, agave, or brown sugar
  • Peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Rinse the oats and put them in your rice cooker's inner pot.

  2. Press the start switch on the rice cooker and let it cook. Once it's done, the rice cooker switch to Keep Warm mode automatically.

  3. Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
